Many of you might know that I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer back in 2022 which somewhat disrupted my construction business, I sold nearly all my kit as it was unfathomable that I could undertake physical wo
After two major operations, countless tests + scans of all types and a lot of support from my wife, family and the wonderful NHS & Meadows Surgery I am now 1 year away from being officially Cancer free (whoop!).
I went back to focusing on Graphic Design, landing Senior Designer roles with Stannp in Barnstable within the marketing dept. for a year and then Christchurch at Solent designing household packaging.
I found the 2 hour commute tough and realised that I'm not great at being inside all day long, I really missed being my own boss!
So here I am, back to my old tricks taking on small Construction projects and Graphic Design jobs (mainly websites at present).
I'm not 100% what the future has in store for me work-wise but I will always put in 110% into what ever I do. Currently working on a new shiny website which will launch later this month.

The first solo job post Christchurch was this tiled courtyard for a lovely couple in South Petherton. It was tricky as all materials had to be carried through their (beautiful) house. Over 2,000 terracotta tiles later, it looks pretty sweet!
I've also joined a new band but that's a story for another day.
