Finally got round to rewiring the internet in workshop today. Very pleased with the result of replacing the 15 year old cables - Only took 3 years to find the time to do it!

Huge improvement now hitting over 900Mbps compared to the 87Mbps before. A speed increase of 10x. Means I can now work on even more Windows PC's at the same time :-)

Still not servicing Apple Computers though, far too busy with Microsoft based computers. For Apple, please continue to contact Anglian Internet.

The commute was quite easy today. Actually I did it in my slippers and feet were still dry when I got there. Hopefully I'll be able to make it again tomorrow.

Fujitsu Laptop suitable for children's homework, only £70. Price includes licensed version of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Works.

Google Chrome and latest version of Microsoft Edge are also installed.

Specification is 15.4" screen, Intel Dual Core T7100 (1.8Ghz) CPU, 320Gb HDD, 3Gb Ram, Optical Drive. Cosmetic condition is very good. Battery works but really needs to be ran on mains.

A clean installation of Windows has been completed so there won't be any unpleasant surprises.

I have a couple of vintage printers, both are in excellent condition, but neither work with Windows 10. In fact, only one (the laser printer) works with Windows 7.

So, if anybody is after a cheap printer for an older computer the details are as follows:

HP LaserJet Pro 400 B&W A4 Laser Printer - Excellent printer and very cheap running costs. Works only with Windows 7 or older, £20.

Dymo Labelwriter 310 - Excellent printer with nearly full set of labels. Works only with Windows XP or Vista, £10.
