💕 STAFF WANTED 💕
We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our busy ice cream and donut parlour. This is a customer-facing role, so a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Requirements
* Applicants must be 18 years or older
* Must live locally and be able to travel to work reliably
* Must be trustworthy, dependable, and punctual
* Able to work well as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Serving customers a variety of ice creams, desserts, and freshly prepared donuts
* Preparing, cooking, and finishing donuts and other menu items
* Taking customer orders and operating the till / handling cash and card payments
* Providing friendly, efficient customer service
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures
* Restocking ingredients and supplies and ensuring correct stock rotation
* Keeping display freezers, topping stations, and serving areas clean, organised, and well presented
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop
* Cleaning equipment, preparation areas, and customer seating areas
* Following food safety and hygiene regulations
* Assisting with basic preparation of toppings, sauces, and ingredients
* Helping maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers

Our opening hours can be 10:30am – up to 9:00pm during peak season, and shifts may vary within these times.
The role may involve working up to 6 days per week during busy periods. Evening work, weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays are essential, as these are our busiest times.

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, friendly, and able to remain calm and organised during busy periods while delivering great service to our customers.
