When Eden contacted me earlier this year, she wanted help finding the right colours to wear for her musical theatre audition tapes.
At the time, I had no idea just how much of a difference this would make ✨

Eden has just sent me these before and after photos… and honestly, the transformation speaks for itself.

In the cooler tones, she looks lovely — but in her Spring Green colour, something completely changes.
She suddenly looks brighter, warmer, more radiant. She doesn’t even need to perform; you can already see the difference in her face.

✨ A new chapter begins… ✨

For those who are new here, welcome — I’m Claire, founder of Colours & Curves 🤍

I help women reconnect with their most authentic and confident selves through colour analysis and body shape styling.

My journey began with in-person colour consultations, where I saw the transformation that happens when women discover the colours that truly suit them.

I now also offer online consultations using the digital system Glow In Colour, founded by Tracy Hooper, who trained me at The London College of Style and continues to inspire me as a business coach for personal stylists ✨

My focus is helping women with curves whatever their size, especially those navigating peri-menopause and beyond, when your body changes and suddenly nothing feels quite right anymore.

I believe that when you understand the colours that bring you to life and the shapes that flatter you, getting dressed becomes easier and you feel more like you again 🤍
