We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive who can work within a small team on a diverse range of projects. You must be keen, show initiative and work well in a busy, fast-moving environment. It would be advantageous (though not essential) if you have experience generating leads for B2B in the Direct Mail industry.
What you will be doing
Your job will be to market and support DMP’s services using both online and offline channels whilst eventually, also being the main point of contact for customers of the business’ online services. Your main duties will be:
1. Maintaining and improving the business’ online presence.
2. Creating marketing material for the business and related activities to post both online and through traditional outbound channels (post and phone).
3. Handling online chat services.
4. Identifying new opportunities, markets and prospect lists.
5. Assisting in other areas of the business as and when necessary.
What skills and experience you need
You must be familiar with and have experience with online platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
You should be able to write articles, copy and ideally you will have experience writing online content for social media channels or for blogs.
You should be confident talking to people via online chat and on the telephone. The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, and have the ability to work independently as part of the business development team.
