I met with Treasurer Sharon Wray over food to finalise plans for our upcoming women's empowerment workshops and the Women From COVID project. There was also time for co-working, networking, creating content and making progress on my creative project, *Pain Into Purpose*.

I was genuinely surprised and grateful to learn that I had been nominated for two awards, including The MBCC Awards and the Barclays UK Entrepreneur Awards, thanks to people who have supported and believed in the work we're doing.

This week, I'm looking at how to create more balance, make time for the gym, and start exploring more solo day trips. Founder life isn't just about hustle. It's about alignment, growth and building a life you're proud of too. The Regent Health Club & Spa Wowcher
