When you sign up for fitness and stay for the community 🫶
I joined The Move Me Happy Method around a year ago after the familiar slippery slope of putting myself last for far too long. I’d fallen into some bad habits with eating, my inner critic was louder than ever, my work life balance was way off and my movement had been on the slow decline for longer than I’d care to admit 🫣
I knew something needed to change.
So I signed up with Beth’s Move Me Happy Method and haven’t looked back since. Not only have I lost weight, I’ve gotten stronger and healthier. I have a much better balance of work and life, a kinder relationship with myself and I feel safer, stronger and more confident as a result.
Last night a few of us got together in person for a walk in the rain - commitment to getting the steps in whatever the weather 🌧️ and it was SO fab!
The whole community chat in the app daily - but meeting in person and speaking about all our highs, lows, challenges and wins was so inspiring and it was fab to hear the different things each person has managed to achieve on their personal journeys.
Big thanks to lovely Beth for everything she does 🫶🥰
I am looking forwards to pushing myself with some big fitness challenges on the horizon 💪
