Had an early start to capture this stunning drone footage at Kelsick Grammar a few weeks ago with Andy a fellow co-worker.

The goal - capture the incredible views from every angle of Kelsick Grammar! We lucked out with a gorgeous morning where the colours of summer were a rich green and the sedum roof was at its finest.

20 weeks ago I could barely run a 5k - a few weeks ago I hit the peak of my training plan for the Great North Run completing my longest training run at 18km.

I was joined and motivated by the lovely Amy & Ziva 🐾 from Bendrigg Trust Accessible Outdoor Activity Centre who I’m raising funds for. A cause very close to my heart supporting disabled people to access the great outdoors and enjoy adventures in their own way.

I’ve been reminded along the way that my body and mind are capable of much more than I gave them credit for and all the hard work and consistent training is in the bag and now all I have to do is complete the half marathon this weekend! Eek!

Please show your support with a little donation to support this fantastic cause and help give me a little boost before the big day, it’s been an epic challenge to get here - and the training will continue afterwards in preparation for Manchester Marathon in April (I know I must be mad!)

If someone had told four-year-old me that one day I’d have my own business and be celebrating its fourth birthday, I’m pretty sure I’d have giggled my little head off.

Every so often, you get one of those real pinch-me moments. A moment where you stop, look at how far you’ve come and realise you’re actually living out some of the dreams you once had for yourself.

That’s exactly how I feel right now as Martha Wood Marketing is officially four years old 🫶

2026 definitely didn’t begin in the way I thought it would. But I have a feeling it might end up being even better than I ever imagined.🥰

A huge thank you to my brilliant clients - I may be biased but I think I've been blessed with the absolute best of the bunch!

True story 😅 so yep… I’m running the Manchester Marathon in April next year, and also signed up to run a half marathon at the GNR in September in support of the amazing

It’s been a tough start to the year, but having a positive goal to focus on is working wonders! Given that I could just about manage a 5k a few months ago this is going to be a proper challenge for me - but challenge is something I’m familiar with and I’m committed to put the hard work in to get it done 💪

Having a good cause very close to my heart is also providing that extra motivation on the tough days to get my training in ☑️

When you sign up for fitness and stay for the community 🫶

I joined The Move Me Happy Method around a year ago after the familiar slippery slope of putting myself last for far too long. I’d fallen into some bad habits with eating, my inner critic was louder than ever, my work life balance was way off and my movement had been on the slow decline for longer than I’d care to admit 🫣

I knew something needed to change.

So I signed up with Beth’s Move Me Happy Method and haven’t looked back since. Not only have I lost weight, I’ve gotten stronger and healthier. I have a much better balance of work and life, a kinder relationship with myself and I feel safer, stronger and more confident as a result.

Last night a few of us got together in person for a walk in the rain - commitment to getting the steps in whatever the weather 🌧️ and it was SO fab!

The whole community chat in the app daily - but meeting in person and speaking about all our highs, lows, challenges and wins was so inspiring and it was fab to hear the different things each person has managed to achieve on their personal journeys.

Big thanks to lovely Beth for everything she does 🫶🥰

I am looking forwards to pushing myself with some big fitness challenges on the horizon 💪

She’s back 🤸‍♀️

What a year, are you sure it’s only June? 🫣 I am officially a solo home owner and honestly - I don’t think I’ve ever felt as proud of myself as I do for how I’ve tackled everything life has thrown at me this year.

It feels SO good to finally be settling in a space of my own - one where I have peace and focus to do more of what I love.

Yesterday the WiFi was switched on and I worked in my new home office for the first day of many to come 🫶

I may not be showing up on socials much, but I’ve never stopped showing up for my clients behind the scenes. From impressive increases in bookings and revenue to viral content 🥳 my clients have been seeing brilliant results and it’s felt great to see the wins rolling in.

I hope the Spring is treating you well! I don’t know about you but I am feeling excited and very ready for a simple summer of smiles and sunshine ☀️
