The halls are all decked and the year is near done, We’re ready for rest and some festive fun.

On Wednesday the 24th, when the clock strikes five, We’ll close up the office to keep the Christmas spirit alive.

We’ll be roasting chestnuts and toasting the New Year, Spreading good will and holiday cheer. But fear not, we promise our break won’t be long, We’ll be back before you finish a Christmas song.

On Friday the 2nd of Jan, at 9 in the morning, We reopen our doors—consider this your warning! Ready to work with energy anew, We look forward to starting 2026 with you.

However…

Should a problem arise while the sleigh bells ring, And you have an urgent request that simply can’t wait, Do not panic, and do not despair, We still have a way to show you we care.

Fantastic morning at IN-Group with Danny, Ben, Mark & Dan ☕️

This week was our 10-minute spotlight presentation which saw Ben and Dan share how our latest system improvements are helping them deliver faster, more efficient support in growing our client base.

Since joining earlier this year, Dan has been streamlining IT processes, from automated device setups to developing and centralised knowledge base and secure file sharing. Ben highlighted how these tools are boosting internal productivity and enabling quicker, more consistent service for customers.
