Have you noticed that all AI posters and captions are starting to look the same? And that scammers are using them too?

Putting your marketing in the same boat as fake businesses is damaging to any brand.

Does AI have its place now and again? Yes sometimes, but there is a very fine line. Don’t attempt to cross it without an experienced marketer to help you get it right.

Your business needs to be visible online and it has to compete with other businesses that are not afraid to get their faces out there.

Remember you can always block people you’d rather not have see your business stuff. No, they won’t notice 🙂

The highest open rates are always down to quality, not quantity.

Make sure to include information that is rare, generous and will really peel their wigs back.

Does winning awards help your online presence? 🏆

Yes. Awards work especially well if your customer base cares about that sort of thing, or you sell a high-end luxury item or service.

Some buyer personas rely heavily on social proof to make a purchasing decision. Reviews are one, awards are another. They give a sense of status.

Chuck your awards on your website and link to the provider to show 'em off.

However, there are a lot of customer profiles/personas that do not care one jot about awards (are you one of them? I know I am).

Some buyers will not be swayed by awards because they'd rather see other forms of visual proof, like qualifications or before/after results.

If that's the case, don't feel pressure to chase after awards if you don't have the headspace for them.

They're not dealbreakers. 😇
