At 3DLABS, we understand the importance of support surrounding a redevelopment proposal, be that from project partners, local planning authorities, engaging with the community, or stakeholder investment.

This is why we put such an emphasis on producing accurate photorealistic renders, and like to produce views that match existing photography. This allows for clear comparisons of existing sites and proposed redevelopments and communicates the concept design to all interested parties.

Take a look at the side-by-side of this project we worked on with GSSArchitecture, which involves redeveloping a Grade II listed grammar school into a mixed-use space including business units aimed at local start-ups, community facilities and a large hall for events.

Great to see that GSSArchitecture's expansion and redevelopment of Northampton Museum & Art Gallery has recently been announced as a Regional Winner at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2021!
