We are currently looking for Video Mystery Shoppers in the Ayrshire and West Scotland area to carry out assignments primarily within the automotive sector.

As a Video Mystery Shopper, you will visit car dealerships posing as a genuine customer while discreetly recording the interaction. Your feedback helps our clients improve their customer service and sales experience.

What we offer:

Camera equipment supplied, no report writing required, full training provided & flexible assignments (Complete Monday to Sunday). Competitive Rates.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent attention to detail, a full driving licence, confidence when interacting with sales staff, reliability and professionalism.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible work, visiting dealerships, and providing high-quality feedback.

It’s been a difficult time for everyone as we have all been affected in differing and challenging ways by COVID 19.

One (of many!) sectors that was forced to close it's doors and is now proving difficult to plan the exit from lockdown from is education – from nurseries right through to colleges and universities.
