Name and brand Roots.

The name comes from their predominantly plant-based approach to wellness.

Firmly believing in a holistic approach to wellness, they take into account physical, mental and social factors, rather than just treating the symptoms of a disease.

Throughout their brand and product packaging we have used elements of the logo. The different shapes depict certain areas of your wellbeing that may need attention and care, meaning you can marry the shapes to your needs. Collectively, all areas, or shapes of your wellbeing need to be addressed, resulting in the holistic approach to wellness that they feel is so vital for a happy, healthy lifestyle.

Lounging is all about comfort. We designed and developed a custom fitting room on the site to help Lounge’s find their perfect fit. This questionnaire asks a series of questions about their current fit, returning a recommendation on how they would fit Lounge’s product range and what collections may suit them best.

This data gets stored in a customer record within their CDP, , enabling customers to browse the store in their specific size, filtering by availability.

Never underestimate the importance of good client relationships. Our goal with all clients is to develop long-term partnerships (we’ve actually realised this week one of our clients has been with us for over 12 years!). In our experience, long-term partnerships lead to more successful projects and aids long-term growth.

Our aim is for our clients to feel as though they can rely on us when they need us. For us to be a springboard to bounce ideas off. And for them to feel as though they can trust us to help them grow their business.

We’ve worked with Lounge Underwear for nearly two years now. In that time we have successfully delivered a raft of improvements to their website, integrated CRMs and CDPs, developed a custom fitting room questionnaire, a try before you buy microsite and created a new, completely custom store for them. We’ve managed their store through two very successful Black Friday sales, the last of which saw them take £1 million in a single day. We are continually working alongside them to improve conversion, user experience and progress their brand and website to where they want it to be, enabling continued global growth.

Custom for Lounge Underwear.

As is the case with most e-commerce brands today, a huge volume of Lounge Underwear’s website traffic came from mobile. We took a mobile-first approach to the design, focussing on the UX/UI of the mobile experience before tackling larger screen sizes.

Lounge Underwear have built up an enviable reputation as one of the worlds most sought-after underwear brands.

We designed and developed a custom store for them. The resulting website saw them through a record-breaking Black Friday week in 2019, with sales exceeding £1 million in a single day.

We are immensely proud of the work we have done and continue to do for them and it’s inspirational to be working with the talented co-founders and the rest of the team .
