After an outstanding career, we would like to say a huge thank you to Louise as she begins her retirement. A true industry legend, Louise has brought a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and support to everyone she has worked with. Over the past seven months in particular, she has helped us massively, and we are incredibly grateful for her guidance and commitment.

Louise leaves with our sincere thanks and best wishes. We hope Louise and Nigel enjoy a thoroughly deserved retirement filled with happiness, relaxation, good health, and plenty of time to enjoy the things they love. Thank you, Louise — it has been a pleasure working with you, and you will be greatly missed.

MISSING | We are appealing for information to help locate a 14-year-old boy who has been reported missing from home in Plymouth.

Theo Clarkson was last seen in the Whitleigh area at around 2pm on Saturday 25 July.

Officers are carrying out enquiries to find him and believe he may still be in the Plymouth area.

Theo is described as white, 6ft 4ins tall, and of slim build. He has dark brown wavy hair and blue braces on his teeth.

He was last seen wearing a blue or black Berghaus jacket, a dark shirt, dark Nike shorts and Nike trainers. He was carrying a black Nike rucksack and has a black and yellow moped [pictured]. He also wears a black full-face motorcycle helmet.

Massive congratulations to Pip, Dave & Patrick and the whole team for winning Silver at the Snow Carving Championships 🥈❄️

We caught the quick feature on BBC Spotlight and honestly… the sculpture you carved was outstanding — genuinely looked gold-worthy to us 👏✨

They had an amazing trip and even came second to the Italians in a public vote in Italy 🇮🇹🙌

And we loved hearing you managed to show off the badges on BBC Breakfast too — plus having a proper team outfit beats “random and scruffy” any day 😂

Thanks again for the kind words about the badges — we’re buzzing to have been a small part of such a brilliant experience.
