We designed & 3D Printed some custom trophies for local football team Willerby Jags!🐯

Each trophy has been designed around their crest, and has slots where player names can be inserted!⚽️

It's empowering when you see your vision coming to life!🙌🏻

Last year we completed our first job on a dining room table with three 3D Printers!🍽️

Fast forward nine months and nine 3D Printers later, we have moved into our own office and worked on several big projects!✨

An interesting project came through to us recently, it involved the design and manufacture of a bespoke bracket for a YAMAHA XT 550!🏍️

As the part needed is no longer available, we utilised CAD software & reference images to construct an initial concept!💻

After test fitting, we then made a couple of design alterations until the customer was happy with the component!✨

Projects like these are one of the reasons we love 3D Printing, to have the capability to create parts which have been discontinued or are no longer available commercially!⚙️

We are very proud to announce the completion of our first major project working with The University of Hull!✨

The project involved batch manufacturing 3D Printed components utilising Algae based PLA. This material combines PLA with nuisance algae to provide a more sustainable alternative to traditional filament, and showcase material innovation!♻️

We used internal processes and testing to understand the best method to produce consistent and reliable prints. Once we were happy with the quality, we then progressed to production and successfully manufactured over 100 pieces!⚙️

As a company we are driven to implement more sustainable practices, and are very grateful to Brian Houston for the opportunity to work on this project!🛠️
