A decade ago, Ryan Clark joined us as an apprentice, eager to learn and ready to work hard. Through determination, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, they’ve grown with our company every single step of the way.

From learning the ropes on day one to now leading the team as our General Manager, his journey is a true example of what passion, perseverance, and belief in your potential can achieve.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a talented graphic designer dedicated to delivering impactful & visually compelling designs to join our team.

As a graphic designer you will join our team to help bring our customer brand visions to life. You will be expected to create high-quality visual content collaborating with our customers to meet their briefs.

A graphic designer at Matt Vinyl Graphics Ltd works closely with clients to translate their branding goals or creative visions into high-impact wraps, decals & signage that are both durable and eye-catching. This role will require the applicant to create logos & brand guidelines to specification. Their expertise will include preparing print-ready files & ensuring that every design enhances visibility whilst reinforcing brand identity.

Salary: TBC * Pay is to be discussed depending on experience and capabilities.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm & Fridays 8.00am – 4.00pm

Holidays: 28 Days including bank holidays. (Holidays run from January to December)

Place of work: Head office which is located at Unit 6, Stonetec Business Park, Stoneferry Road, Hull. HU8 8DA *Please note, this job is office based & not a remote opportunity.

Required Skills:

· Ideal candidate will have experience in a graphic design role.

· Applicant must have experience working with CAD programmes such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign.

· Experience with large-format prints is ideal but not essential.

Ideal Candidate:

· Good time-keeping and house-keeping is essential.

· Must take pride in their work to ensure high quality designs.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Friendly and self-motivated.

· Ability to work either independently or as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled & detail-oriented Vehicle Wrapper/Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience applying vinyl graphics, wraps and decals to vehicles with precision and care. This position requires excellent craftmanship and the ability to work independently aswell as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A skilled installer must possess strong attention to detail,precision and patience to ensure high-quality,flawless installations. They need excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to apply vinyl smoothly over complex curves & contours without wrinkles, or misalignment.
Good problem-solving skills and time management are important for completing projects efficiently. In addition, strong communication and teamwork skills help ensure seamless collaboration with designers, production staff and customers.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: TBC * Pay is to be discussed depending on experience and capabilities, please note a practical test will be conducted when applying.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm & Fridays 8.00am – 4.00pm *Overtime will be expected as and when required.

Holidays: 28 Days including bank holidays.

· Working hours may vary so a flexible approach is essential.
· Clean driving license is ideal as off-site work may be required.
· Applicant must ideally have 2-3 years experience in vehicle wrapping and application of vinyl to a variety of surfaces.

· Must take pride in their work to ensure a high quality finish.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Friendly and self-motivated.
