A year in the making, we’ve completed a management buyout and returned to our founding ownership. This comes alongside a wider restructuring and close to £400,000 invested back into the agency’s future - strengthening our people, our tech, and how we deliver for clients.

With the industry evolving fast through AI and shifting expectations, we’ve taken the opportunity to rebuild Diony with a sharper focus, deeper specialism, and greater impact.

We’re already seeing positive momentum - new client wins, international growth, a clearer long-term direction, and continued strong delivery for our existing partners.
