I read an article this morning from Business Growth West Midlands about the seven drivers of business growth, and it made me think about how often growth is talked about far too simply.
In independent audiology, growth is often reduced to “we need more enquiries” or “we need more hearing tests booked”. Of course, new patients matter, but they are only one part of the picture.
