MAY 🌷🌀✨️⛰️
A reminder of the simple free things in life, the joy in the every day and the flow when the sun is shining.
Life often takes us away from being fully present, I spend a lot of time being in my own head and beyond. I have experienced depression, cycles of burnout and I thought I was more in my body than I ever had been but I had just got better at listening to the signals - mostly thinking my way in.
My practice recently has been to reconnect with being in my body, re-learning a way of coming back to myself because even though it might not seem like it I spend a lot of time disconnected. It is hard not to be.
Even with the growth of “wellness” a lot of this is selling you the magic thing - pill, supplement, injection or product - outsourcing or buying the solution instead of doing the work and being you.
Remember your body is wise, you know more than you think, we heal not separate from our surroundings and in community. The free things are often the most needed:

💤 quality sleep
🌿 nature
🥕 whole foods
☀️ sunshine
👣 grounding
💚 a little support from loved ones
Have each others backs and trust in yourself 🙏🏼 Now please bring back the sunshine 😊
