Letter writing - something that we may have seen as a thing of the past but a lovely way of reaching out to people during Lockdown.

Apologies for the delay in announcing the winners of the Easter Egg competition. We hope you have all enjoyed your weekend and that the Easter bunny made it!

It has been a challenge judging this as there were some fantastic entries. We want to thank everyone who took part.

In the children's category the designs that caught the eye of the judge were those that used mixed media.

We are pleased to announce the winner of the children's category is Isla Mason - age 5, the use of other media gave this entry a lovely 3D dimension and the judge was really impressed with the use of colour in this entry.
A stationery pack will be on its way to you in the next few days.

The adult winner was Rebecca Holmes, the use of colour was subtle and gave this entry a lovely delicate feel. We hope that you will enjoy your bottle of bubbles which we will arrange to drop off at your door sometime this week

***EASTER EGG CRAFT COMPETITION***
Keep the children (& adults!) entertained with our Easter egg craft competition.
To enter:
1. Download the Easter egg template which is attached in the comments of this post or alternatively create your own design at any size or style as long as it’s egg shaped!
2. Decorate your egg template (using collage, pens & pencils, chalk, natural materials, sewing, weaving etc – the possibilities are endless!)
3. Take a photo of your completed creation and email to [email protected]. Make sure that you include on your email the name of the person entering, their age (if a child) and their address.
4. Put your decorated egg in your window for everyone to see. Can you find other decorated eggs in peoples windows when you go for a short walk?

Entries must reach us by 5pm on Thursday 9th April 2020 so get cracking! The winner will be announced on Friday 10th April.

Prizes:
Children’s class – A stationery goody bag.
Adults class (18+) – A bottle of Prosecco.
