If you’re a business owner, you’ll have thought this before, it gets to the end of the week and you think - “sh*t I’ve not posted this week” 🫣

You scramble around your camera roll trying to think of something to write and post so you can tick it off your to do list for that week.

Then you wonder why you aren’t seeing the results you want, whether that be reach, growth or conversions.🫢

In this day and age of social media there’s a hell of a lot of pressure to show up every bloody day. That’s not necessary. 😅

Give them a reason to keep coming back to you 🤭

The goal should never be to have one post blow up, it’s to build a presence that makes people remember you, trust you and think of your business when they’re ready to buy.

When I say consistency, I don’t mean post every day, I mean be consistent and intentional with what you’re saying.

When I say speak to your audience I mean TWO things:

1. your posts need to make your audience feel something, whether it makes them laugh, educates them, something that makes them stop the scroll.

2. You need to actively engage with your audience, reply to stories, reply to comments.

Build the connection with your audience.

That’s what turns followers into customers.

Very excited to introduce Lucy | Wedding Content + Memories and something new with it 🤳🏼

I’ve been toying with the idea of separating my weddings from my social media + marketing for a while.

I’ve been finding myself holding back from posting and shouting about the wedding side of my business because I didn’t want to flood my page.

However… I’ve introduced something new to my wedding content creation, so now felt like the right time to create Lucy | Wedding Content + Memories 🤍

I’m now offering audio guestbook in the style of a vintage telephone, with my wedding content creation ☎️

So now, not only do you get to see the entire day and all its atmosphere.

But you also get to hear it too.

And finally, I’ll bring them together in a beautiful, storytelling reel. 🎞️

How august looked 🤳🏼

🍷 Good food, good company and a LOT of drinks to celebrate my 30th birthday

🪩 2 weddings, business content shoots, batch content creating for my clients

August was especially chaotic with all the social plans, parenting + running a business looollll

A rare selfie post gym think this was the only time this happened

My daughters milkshake obsession continued, £300 on strawberry milkshakes spent x

Sorry but this just literally sums my life up completely.

Being a mother, trying to have a social life and run a business.

House is chaos, but kids are happy in my arms 🤍

We had a content shoot for my social media client, a full shot list, batch shot plenty of content for the month ahead.

Content shoots are included in the monthly social media management cost, and all content is sent to you via a secure Dropbox link.

My client has then received a content calendar to approve with all posts, captions, CTA’s ready for approval, which will then be scheduled. I always leave space for adhoc content weekly, based on trends we might want to jump on or any key updates within the business 💻
