Lodge is a 6-bed therapeutic children’s home with an Outstanding Ofsted, onsite school, and full clinical support — and it’s ready for the right person to take the reins.

💼 Role at a glance:
Registered Manager – 6-bed therapeutic SEMH home
Based in Middleton, Manchester (North West)
Up to £53.7k + large home bonus + up to £10k annual bonuses
37hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 28 days leave + bank holidays

🔑 What you’ll do:
Lead a stable, skilled team in an home
Champion trauma-informed care with real therapeutic support
Oversee placements, safeguarding, and compliance
Work with onsite education, therapy and clinical teams
Create a calm, nurturing space where young people thrive

🛠️ What’s behind you:
On-site school & embedded in-house psychologist
Advanced Leadership Programme (pay boost on completion)
In-house support: HR, L&D, IT, Finance, Referrals, Maintenance
CPD training, EV scheme, 7+ weeks leave, wellbeing & EAP
