Over the past 12 months we have seen our costs rising. The biggest driver in these is the cost of distribution, our carriage rates have increased as from 1st January 2022, you will however still receive FREE DELIVERY.

As paper is bulky and heavy, it’s getting more expensive to transport. New customs charges and red tape caused by leaving the single market came into force on 1st January. We’re now seeing those costs being passed directly onto us in the form of higher paper and shipping costs.

These cost pressures aren’t unique to print. You might have read about IKEA increasing their prices by up to 50% last week. They are also impacting clothing, large format substrates, laminates, wood, fixtures, packaging and consumables we use to make finished products.

Therefore we have to notify you of a price increase of about 4%. These changes will take effect from 24th January 2022.

Any jobs sent to print by 23rd January will not be affected.

Before Christmas, we temporarily increased our advertised delivery time by 1 day to help manage expectations. Again, to reiterate, we are still shipping on a next day service and the vast majority of orders are delivered a day early. But couriers are still being impacted by staff self-isolating and increased absences. We hope to return to normal in the coming weeks when the situation changes.
