Is the Autumn bounce starting? 🍂👀

The latest figures show some interesting movement in the property market:

📈 +0.7% – Average asking prices increased in September, the first monthly rise since May.

📉 -0.8% – Asking prices remain slightly below this time last year.

💷 5.29% – Average two-year fixed mortgage rates have risen again, continuing to put pressure on affordability.

But there are signs of renewed activity, with more buyers returning to the market and sellers needing to make sure their homes are priced and presented competitively.

❤️ WHAT ACTUALLY MAKES ME, ME?

I’ve been in property since 1998, but when I think about what I enjoy most, it’s not really the houses.

It’s the people.

I’ve always been a people person. I like a chat, a laugh, getting to know people and, most importantly, helping.

When someone trusts me with their home, I don’t just see a property. I see the person, the family, the memories and the reason behind the move.

I’m not perfect, and I don’t pretend to be. I just try to be honest, approachable, straightforward and there when people need me.

I love property, but I think I love the relationships that come with it even more.

Supporting local events, Lancing Football Club and our community is simply another part of who I am.

So perhaps what makes me different isn’t a clever sales pitch.
