YAWN 😩 Might sound like the boring stuff to some people and I love getting stuck into the creative too but I honestly love the strategic thinking. Getting the approach right and understanding the methods before you begin your marketing activity is crucial.

Leaning into Monday fuelled by Sunday adventures.

Training in all the elements.
Tackling the miles working together as a 'train'. Taking turns to take the lead, lean into the wind and to propel our team forwards made the miles feel rhythmic and easier. As a team there's always one of us who feels strong enough to lead when the others feel tired. We work together on the journey. And we laughed so much my tummy hurt.
Cultivating a positive team culture with a happy and healthy team makes conquering the challenges and achieving the goals so much easier.
