Morning everyone

So the proverbial has hit the fan for all of us and now we need to take stock and absorb all the implications both short and long-term.

Just so you know, I'm here to help wherever and whenever I can. That doesn't mean the 'normal' projects as it's anything but normal right now.

It means if you want you share ideas, think about alternative strategies for the current situation or just sound off - I'm at the end of the phone. No charge, no time limits, just here to help.

With all this time suddenly on my hands I'll be working on a new website and business project with Mrs Munns, doing a lot more painting :-) and keeping the wheels and communication going with my design clients so we're ready for when it all comes back.

Because it will - not sure when - but it will.

In the meantime try to stay strong and positive, and most importantly stay safe.

This is a new book that I have designed and has just gone into production.

'Face it, Own It' is a portfolio of photographs by Jo Blackwell of The Midlife Movement, and shows 'real' women, without any makeup, as they transition from youth to middle age and beyond. Alongside each photo are the subjects' thoughts on what middle age feels like - it's good and bad points and how they are dealing (or not) with it.

It's fascinating and inspiring.

There are also a number of 'selfies spreads' with images uploaded to the website, and a few words from each lady who participated.

This is the third book that I have designed, and a project that I have enjoyed enormously.

Wild Ones Adventures Limited specialises in sustainable tourism that gives back to the local population and their conservation efforts. Although their tours are women-only there's a strong message here for all operators and travellers.
