So excited to get the chance to showcase Jubilee Farm high-welfare, pasture-raised, organic-fed, chemical free pork!
Join us for the third in our series of Supper Club Pop Ups on Saturday 27th April. Held in ‘The Barn’, our new event space, it’s sure to be a night filled with magically delicious food and music. For this event we are delighted to welcome Chef Rob Curley, who owns and curates Slemish Market Supper Club. He will be showcasing a farm to fork menu, called ‘ These Little Piggies Go To Market’. Each dish features produce selected for quality and taste from Jubilee Farm and local suppliers which are combined to demonstrate the high level of food on our doorstep.
Featured in DiscoverNI and Discover Ireland’s ‘ Taste the Island - a Celebration of our Food and Drink’, every ingredient is selected to allow diners to experience our food traditions of the sea, rivers, lakes and lands which are important to the area’s gastronomy.
