I have just received SIX emails from the same business… all in the space of one minute.

Now, I get it — mistakes happen. We’ve all hit “send” too quickly before or maybe got our scheduling muddled up.

But to not even check what’s being sent — or when — shows a lack of care for your audience's experience.
