●     Experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive at PO'Sh Creative, you'll have an important role in driving our clients' online success.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and paid social media advertising.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Use Tag Manager and analytics to track insights and successes
- Use tools to conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth or assist with building new business decks.
- Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Our team were busy behind the scenes at Tara & Co Property Ltd's recent Landlords & Legislation event. Except for Elly who was centre stage as compère!

From early planning chats to live event delivery, we kept things smoothly on track from start to finish. Including:

→ Marketing, design and promotion – generating interest and sign-ups with invitations, socials, mailers and more.

→ Impactful event materials – from presentation slides and banners to signage and hand-outs – beautifully branded and packed with meaningful messages.

→ Logistics – planning, venue hire and liaison, event direction and timings for a seamless ex*****on.

→ Content capture - from bitesize interviews on the night to candid behind-the-scenes shots – we got it all.

→ Compering – leading the panel discussion, maintaining the flow, signposting for the audience and introducing key discussions and speakers.

The night was a great success - an amazing crowd, buzzing conversation, and critically our client connected meaningfully with their landlords - who left feeling informed and supported.

A job well done for our clients at Warwick District Council! Working side by side with the Council and Sustrans we delivered these gorgeous consultation comms, helping them propose a new shared-use path through Abbey Fields in Kenilworth.

After months of careful preparation, we launched the consultation on 5th May, and had a fantastic response right away… with almost 200 surveys completed in the first 24 hours!

To launch ‘A path for our future’ we delivered:

- a fresh campaign brand and identity
- explainer animation, to bring the proposed route changes to life
- accessible web copy, surveys and socials
- beautifully designed collateral for in person events
- a photoshoot to get real ' in-situ' imagery
- ‎a full marketing plan and ex*****on of tactics

It’s been a real team effort ❤️ Well done to everyone at PO’Sh Creative, for once again, making good things happen!

Lucy - amazing work on designing all the branded material, from banners to pull-ups, consultation boards and posters. Have you seen these out and about in Kenilworth yet? 🔍
