Challenge accepted!!
The brief was a removable velcro patch on the sleeve of t-shirts... we achieved it, but sometimes the end result isn't what you visualised. This was the case here so we amended accordingly and the result was so much better.
These visuals don't include the t-shirt sleeves but because they are worn against the skin, we did a double applique (not usual practice) and applied a layer of fabric to the underside of the logo for the wearers comfort 😉. The level of detail in this design made it feel like braille on the underside and it was important that wearing it felt easy!
The mind body connection isn't just about hats and sweaters 😉... it's much deeper than that and Simon Frost comes highly recommended in this field.
I personally wanted someone to take me seriously and not suggest more pills and tests... I knew I could feel so much better in my body but didn't know how to. I had nothing to lose and booked in to see him. The best decision by far! His practice is based in London and genuinely... his methods are life changing ~ highly recommended!!
