Kuchipudi, one of India’s most treasured classical dance forms, originated in the village of Kuchipudi in Andhra Pradesh and beautifully blends Nritya (expression), Nritta (pure dance) and Natya (storytelling). Rooted in the ancient Natya Shastra, this dance form is celebrated for its expressive eyes, intricate mudras, graceful footwork and powerful storytelling.
In this picture the dancer is depicteting Krishna.
At Kuchipudi Dance School Leamington, we celebrate this timeless art form by nurturing confidence, culture and creativity in every child.
