We loved working with Climb UK on their first ever official clothing! We hope to see you wearing yours at this year’s event 😊

You asked, we listened!

Every year, Climb t-shirts seem to take on a life of their own.

We create them so attendees can easily spot the Climb team, yet somehow they end up everywhere. People ask where they can get one, and we've even had people return to Climb proudly wearing a t-shirt from a previous year (no idea how, but also not pointing fingers 👀)

Despite never being officially available, they've become a bit of Climb folklore. So this year, we're making it official.

Introducing the first-ever limited edition Climb26 t-shirts, designed exclusively by Youbee Media and created to celebrate the energy, ambition and community that makes Climb what it is.

More than just a t-shirt, it's a way to show you were part of the conversations, connections and opportunities that define these two incredible days. A badge of honour for founders, operators, investors, supporters and everyone helping to build the future of business.

Available to purchase soon, these commemorative t-shirts will be produced in limited numbers, so once they're gone, they're gone.

Earlier this week, Becky was invited to London Tech Week by Enterprise Nation, joining business owners from across the UK to discuss how SMEs are using technology and AI to grow.

One thing really surprised us...
Despite AI being absolutely everywhere at the moment, only 39% of SMEs are using it at all, and just 1 in 5 are using it regularly.

That got us thinking.

Is it because people don't trust it? Don't know where to start? Don't have the time? Or simply don't see the value yet?

The most interesting conversations weren't actually about AI replacing jobs or taking over the world. They were about how business owners are using it to save time, spark ideas, challenge their thinking and make better decisions.

We're seeing more and more businesses give it a go, but we're curious...

Saturday night was an incredible celebration of just how far has come.

Over the last year, we’ve had the privilege of supporting the charity as it has grown its reach, strengthened its impact, and created more opportunities for LGBTQ+ communities across Yorkshire and beyond.

Thanks to support from organisations including the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), The Shameless Fund, The Rainbow Lottery, and the launch of new initiatives such as Spaces, Out Together is reaching more people than ever before and building a stronger, more sustainable future.

The All Out Together Ball was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate that progress, while raising vital funds to support the charity’s ongoing work.
As Out Together’s marketing partner, we’ve been proud to play a small part in that journey. From designing the event branding and logo, creating programmes, pull-up banners and on-screen content, to delivering social media, PR and ongoing design support, it was incredibly rewarding to see the event come to life and enjoy such a fantastic turnout.

We’re especially pleased that the PR campaign leading up to the event helped shine a spotlight on the charity’s work and, hopefully, contributed towards making this year’s ball the most successful yet.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved, including the brilliant hosts and , the performers, volunteers, sponsors and supporters who made the evening such a success.

You may not have noticed this yet… but hashtags are losing power !

Most social platforms are now limiting posts to around 5 hashtags, which changes how content gets discovered.

Hashtags used to do most of the work for reach - but now platforms rely more on what’s actually inside your content.

Captions, on-screen text, and even what you say in videos now help the algorithm understand who to show your content to.

So be more intentional with your wording, use clear, searchable language and keywords your audience is actually looking for.

If your content isn’t being seen, it might not be your visuals, it might be your wording.
