I went on my first solo spa trip and absolutely adored it 🥰 a day for me, all about me. It's so good to unwind and look after yourself when you run your own business.

This was a treat from the husband but it felt good to be in my own company and have some time to myself. A clear head to think, a clear head to relax and a clear head to enjoy.

The lady who gave me a back massage suggested having one every one-two months. I'm sure I could squeeze that in somewhere.

Apologies this isn't a work related post. I suppose it's here as a reminder to look after yourself, as you are no.1 and without you, there is no business 📚 📱

Eco-friendly Garforth is a local charity near me, and they do great work in the local community garden. It's definitely worth a visit if you haven't been before!

Today marks 3 whole years of Strawberry Blonde Marketing, and I'm honestly blown away! 🍓🎉

In the last three years, I’ve grown this business beyond what I imagined and welcomed my second daughter into the world. I was so happy with how it started, but I'm even happier with where it’s going.

(Real life check: My daughters were squabbling right as I hit record, so if you catch me mouthing "Kids..." that’s why!

Also sending birthday vibes to the business whilst the husband is whooping in the background 🥳❤️).

Here’s to the chaos, the milestones, and many more years to come! 💯✨

Still pinching myself, but I am so beyond proud to share that Strawberry Blonde Marketing has been named Woman Owned Business of the year in West Yorkshire at the UK Business Awards! 🍓

Building this business has taken late nights, endless passion, and non-stop hustle. Being recognised on a regional level alongside so many incredible UK businesses means the world to me ( can you tell by the expression on my face?! 🤣).

I’m so pleased and proud to announce that Strawberry Blonde Marketing has won 'Woman Owned Business of the Year' at the West Yorkshire Business Awards UK! 🏆

​I’ve worked incredibly hard all year, and this recognition is the perfect icing on the cake. It proves that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to.

​That being said, the journey hasn't been without its challenges. I’ve definitely overstretched myself recently, and this win is a beautiful reminder that while building a business is important, looking after myself has to come first 🍓❤️

Sometimes business isn't always about the nitty gritty grind of working 24/7 and fulfilling clients needs. Sometimes it's about time for yourself, that fits into the overall strategy of the business anyway.

We do need time off to feel more creative and productive. So I took some time out to go to the spa with a friend. Had a wonderful time talking, relaxing, had a treatment and a nice lunch.

10/10 would do it again 👌🏼 the spa was alright too ❤️
