The Role: We're on the lookout for a vibrant Office Assistant/Administrator to join our office team. This role is crucial in supporting both our businesses and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with general office duties and supporting our office teams.
Dealing with customer inquiries and providing first-class customer service.
Preparing quotations and invoicing jobs using QuickBooks and our internal system.
Helping with internal sales and fostering client relationships.
Supporting our Ethical Furniture Network with administrative tasks.

We are currently looking for an individual who is looking to get into the signage industry and learn a trade.

Will be part of a team helping to:

Prepare graphics & vehicles for fitting
Making & installing various types of signage
Learning how to work wide format printers and the software that runs them
Sales
Developing relationships with customers
Business administration
Answering the phone/ emails

Must be computer literate
Good level of interpersonal skills
Good planning, organising and prioritising skills
Personal qualities
