I recently launched a monthly content subscription for service-based business owners 🎉

For anyone who doesn’t know me, I’m Becci! I’m a social media strategist based in Yorkshire and I’ve spent the last few years helping local service-based businesses get more visible online and start bringing in more consistent enquiries.

Helloooo, I’ve noticed quite a few new faces here, so I’d love to say hi again and get to know some of you 😊

I’m Becci from By Invitation Only, and I help local businesses get more visible on Facebook and Instagram with their local customers through stand out content.

I’ve been within the marketing and social media world for around 8 years now and the pressure for businesses to post on every platform is getting more intense each year! 🤯

Hi everyone, I’m Becci 😊

I’m the owner of By Invitation Only, a local marketing agency, and I work with service based businesses who know they are great at what they do but feel like social media just is not bringing in the enquiries they expected.

A lot of the time the issue is not the quality of your work (all of my clients are incredibly talented), it’s simply that the right people aren’t seeing it or the content is not guiding people towards actually getting in touch.

I’ve been working in social media and content for over 8 years now but actually fully started from running a couple of food blogs ( on insta now if you’re a foodie ) and then somehow turned into working with hospitality businesses, wedding suppliers and other service based brands who needed help turning their visibility online into real bookings.

For the longest time I was speaking to every couple, which meant I was really speaking to no one. 👀

Then I got specific. REALLY specific!!

Their desires, their worries, their personalities, the parts of their wedding that mattered most to them like all the tiniest details you’re probably passing by. That’s when it really shifted for me!

The enquiries stopped being “can you do something a bit more traditional” and started being “I’ve been looking for someone like you for ages.”

Now I’m fully booked with a line-up of couples who are my people, and it came from that one decision. To stop talking to everyone!

Three things I see wedding suppliers doing every single week that’s costing them landing more ideal bookings.

Posting your work with no caption that means anything.
Waiting until you feel ready to charge what you’re worth.
Creating content for other suppliers instead of the couples you actually want to attract.
