Last week we embroidered a batch of aprons for a new B2B customer based in Harrogate and had an interesting conversation about manufacturing in the UK.

It's a trend thats picking up with more and more people willing to invest in quality British made products which is great as it also supports a skilled British workforce. It will be interesting to see how the sector develops over the next few years 👀

Today we've been doing some machine maintenance to keep these babies running smoothly.

It is important that we stay on top oiling, lubrication, changing of needles and removing excess thread to avoid problems during production. As well as running tension tests to check the thread is not too tight or loose in order to maintain quality and consistent embroidery.
