Rebrand Project 🚨
Marmion approached the design team at Far'n'Beyond with the brief to refresh their branding to help align and promote the ‘people first’ attitude they encapsulate as an ethical recruitment company, as their core messaging and brand language had been lost over the last few years and needed a refresh to keep up with the current digital trends and to align more correctly with their values.
After sitting down with the Marmion team and researching the current target market, we identified that the new brand had to have a focus on the connection between candidates and employers, provided by Marmion.
