Today, we celebrate the achievements of women around the world. One woman who deserves special recognition is Ada Lovelace, the world’s first computer programmer.
Ada’s collaboration with Charles Babbage on the analytical engine resulted in her writing the first computer program, making her a pioneer in computer science.
Ada Lovelace’s contributions to STEM are an inspiration to women everywhere. On this day, let us remember Ada’s pioneering spirit and the many women who have followed in her footsteps.
