We just launched our first wordpress plugin for restricting admin panel access to specific countries to increase security. You can find it here:

By far the simplest country allowlist plugin available. Locks admin panel and XMLRPC access to a given list of allowed countries.

Our new exchange rates API has launched, replacing our Egg Basket branded API which has been public since 2015. This new service supports conversions between over 160 currencies, updated daily. It's super simple to use and it's the first API to go live in our new API console, which we'll be migrating our other APIs into in the coming weeks.

Back in 2014 I wrote a post about a rate exchange API that did a decent job replacing a Google service which had shut down the prior November. A year later, in 2015, this API too was shut down, and finding the alternatives were all just as unstable, we opted to build our own as part of our Egg Baske...
