Did you know our Memorial Foam Boards can be self-standing?

https://orderofserviceforfuneral.co.uk/product/funeral-memory-board/

Our memorial photo boards are a lovely way to display treasured photographs and memories of a loved one during a funeral or celebration of life.

We offer an optional self-standing feature, making it easy to display your memorial board without needing a separate easel or stand.

✨ How does it work?
If you choose the self-standing option, a fold-out support is attached to the back of your foam board. Simply fold it out, and your board can stand on its own on a suitable flat surface.

A simple, practical option for displaying photographs at the entrance, on a memorial table or at a wake.

Planning a funeral before all the details are confirmed?

You don't need to wait until everything is finalised before starting your funeral Order of Service.
You can begin by choosing a template, adding photographs and preparing the wording you already have.
Details such as the final hymn choices, readings, speakers or service times can be added once they have been confirmed.
Starting early gives you more time to arrange the layout, check the wording and make any necessary changes before printing.
At Funeral Printing by Esmee G, we offer free design assistance with printing orders and unlimited design revisions before final approval. 💜

Funeral Order of Service Templates for Christmas Funerals
Arranging a funeral around Christmas can feel especially difficult, and choosing the right Order of Service design is one of the many things to organise.
A Christmas-themed funeral Order of Service can include subtle seasonal touches such as holly, winter greenery, snowflakes, robins or soft festive colours, while still keeping the design respectful and personal.
You can also include favourite photographs, meaningful readings, hymns and special memories to create a booklet that reflects your loved one.
At Funeral Printing by Esmee G, our templates can be personalised to suit your wishes, and we're here to help with the design if needed. 🤍

Funeral stationery can be more than just the Order of Service.
Different pieces of stationery can be used throughout the funeral and afterwards, each serving a different purpose.
An Order of Service guides guests through the ceremony, while welcome signs and memorial boards can display photographs and memories at the venue. Attendance or keepsake cards can be given to guests, guest books provide a place to leave messages, and thank-you cards can be sent after the funeral.
You don’t need to have everything — simply choose the pieces that feel useful and meaningful for the service you are arranging.

Cremation funeral order of service

https://orderofserviceforfuneral.co.uk/funeral-order-of-service-examples-ideas/

A cremation Order of Service helps guests follow the ceremony and gives family and friends something meaningful to keep afterwards.
There is no single set format a cremation service has to follow. It can be traditional, religious, completely non-religious, or centred around celebrating someone’s life and personality.
A cremation Order of Service might include:
- Entrance or prelude music
- Welcome and opening words
- A reading, poem or scripture
- A eulogy or personal tribute
- Favourite songs or hymns
- A moment of reflection
- The committal and farewell
- Closing words or prayer
- Exit music
For a non-religious service, families may choose favourite music, personal readings and memories instead of prayers or hymns.
A Celebration of Life can be even more personal, with photographs, a slideshow, memory sharing, candle lighting or favourite songs included in the service.
The booklet itself can also include photographs, poems, donation details, wake information and a thank-you message on the back.

A funeral Order of Service is more than something guests use on the day — it often becomes one of the keepsakes family members hold onto afterwards. 🤍
When putting one together, you don’t have to fill every page. A simple booklet can be just as meaningful.
You might include:
- A favourite photograph on the front
- The service details and running order
- Hymns, readings or poems
- A few personal photographs throughout
- A short tribute or special memory
- Donation or wake information on the back
Our A5 Order of Service booklets can be printed from 4 to 20 pages, so the booklet can be kept simple or made more personal depending on how much you would like to include.
You can choose one of our templates, upload your own finished artwork, or ask us to help create the design for you.
Every design is checked by a real person before printing, including the photographs, layout and overall print quality.

Why do funeral Order of Service page counts usually increase in fours?
You may have noticed that booklets are commonly offered as 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20 pages — there’s a printing reason for this.
A folded sheet creates 4 individual A5 pages: a front, two inside pages and a back. When more sheets are added to a booklet, each additional folded sheet adds another four pages.
So if your content doesn’t quite fit into an 8-page booklet, the next standard option is usually 12 pages rather than 9 or 10.
Knowing this before you start your design can make it much easier to plan photographs, readings, hymns and tributes without overcrowding the pages. 🤍

Every funeral is different, and the booklet can be arranged to suit the service you are planning.
A traditional service might include hymns, prayers and readings, while a non-religious or celebration-of-life service could include favourite songs, poems, personal stories, photographs and tributes.
There is no single “correct” order — the important thing is that the booklet follows the ceremony clearly and feels right for the person being remembered. 🤍

How many copies of an Order of Service should you print?

https://orderofserviceforfuneral.co.uk/product/funeral-order-of-service-printing/

It’s always worth allowing a few more copies than the number of guests you’re expecting.

As a general guide, we recommend ordering around 10–20% extra. So, if you’re expecting 50 guests, around 60 copies gives you some spares.

Those extra copies can be useful for unexpected guests, family members who couldn’t attend, or anyone who would like to keep one as a special keepsake. 🤍

Did you know the back page of an Order of Service can be personalised too?

https://orderofserviceforfuneral.co.uk/

It’s a lovely space to include a thank-you message, favourite photograph or quote, charity donation details, or information about the wake.

Every page can be personalised to help create a meaningful keepsake for family and friends.
