🚀 Project Spotlight: Southern Spices Restaurant
We recently completed this double-sided illuminated tray sign — engineered, handcrafted, and installed with precision 📐
This 35 kg sign was:
⚙️ Built with a strong aluminium frame, riveted corners, double profiles & CNC fret-cut ACP panels with glowing opal acrylic inserts
💡 LED-illuminated using IP67 modules and a weather-sealed 12V power supply
🧱 Wall-mounted using Star masonry screws with added steel cable bracing for safety and stability
Even with the challenges of an uneven brick wall and high torque forces from projection, our team engineered a solution combining robust fixings + tensioned turnbuckles to distribute the load evenly.
