🧊 Friday started with defrosting my car (hello cold mornings!), broken sleep (courtesy of my 4-year-old needing cuddles - who can say no to that? 🥰), and my mind already playing games about how I should "take it easy" at my 6.30am session.

But here's the beauty of having a coach in your corner — they call you out when you need it. 💪

I was giving Luke my best excuses, suggesting we go lighter because of my rough night. He gave me a look that said "Really?" That was the nudge I needed. I said, "F**k it, let's do this," and guess what? I lifted MORE than I had before. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

What did I learn?

Accountability and having the right support system can make all the difference, whether it’s in the gym 🏋️‍♀️ or in the workplace 💼.

Sometimes, we need someone to help us JFDI when we’re ready to take the easy route. 🙌

This is as true in marketing and business as it is in fitness. Surround yourself with experts who push you to achieve more and help you hit your goals. You’ll be surprised how much further you can go. 🚀
