It's our last Meet the Team post of the year (more to come in 2025), and we'd like you to meet Raju Dattani, a member of our Warehouse & Dispatch team.

Raj has a lovely connection to Christmas Day, which you can read about below, so it's the perfect time to post his story:

‘I’ve worked at Printvision for over four years, and I know our warehouse and dispatch operation inside and out. I work alongside a great team and I’m always ready to jump on a forklift to keep things moving nicely.

I have been married to my lovely wife for 28 years and we have one son. We enjoy travelling as a family to as many warm and sunny places as we can. We also try to not repeat destinations – we like to explore new places. When we go out to eat, we will always head for an Italian restaurant, which is our favourite family food.

I was born in Mozambique and raised in Portugal. Other than English, I am fluent in three languages (Portuguese, Hindi and Gujarat) and have supported Sporting Lisbon football team all my life.

I moved to the UK 16 years ago, arriving at London Heathrow on Christmas Day in 2008. I remember that there were only three other passengers on the flight from Lisbon, so there was plenty of room to relax!'

Over the last few weeks, we've been introducing you to wonderful members of Team PV.

Today, we'd like you to meet Hattie Britton, our Key Account Coordinator. Hattie has written a few words about herself and what she likes to do when she's not coordinating key accounts!

‘As a History graduate, I’m passionate about staying connected to the past, whether it's through listening to podcasts on iconic figures like Boudica or exploring the latest museum exhibitions - the recent Barbie Exhibition being a personal favourite. My love for history fuels my curiosity, and I’m always looking for new ways to dive deeper into the stories that shape us.

When I'm not delving into history, you can usually find me enjoying live music, soaking in the energy of my favourite artists. One the best experiences was seeing Tenacious D just before their big breakup! As an avid media consumer, I’m always up for the next New York Times bestseller or catching a classic film at the cinema. Recently, watching Carrie on the big screen was an absolute highlight.

Whether in my professional role, or in my personal life, I’m driven by a passion for continuous learning and the exploration of new experiences.’

This week, we'd like you to say hello to Hardip Singh, who has worked as a Production Operative at Printvision for two decades.

Hardip kindly wrote a few lines about himself and what he likes to do away from work:

'I have worked at Printvision for over 20 years - if you've ever ordered a roller banner, PVC banner, or foamex board from Printvision, there's a good chance I printed it for you! Having spent so many years at the company, I’ve gained a lot of experience and can operate every piece of machinery in our production.

Though my weekends are usually packed, I always make time for day trips and travel with my family when possible. I’m also a big cricket fan and enjoy watching any match on TV, though I hope to attend more live games in the future. I also enjoy socialising with friends and family whenever I can.'

Did someone say Secret Santa day!

Not only have we just thought of a great first line for a new Christmas song (someone get Ed Sheeran on the phone), but our colleagues are going to be sharing lots of wonderful gifts later today.

We also have one of our custom made tension fabric frames on display to help raise the Christmas spirit, with a beautifully designed festive message - well done Team PV!
