..and unfortunately, our photo collage doesn't do justice in showing just how many orders we have successfully completed this month. Once again, we have been incredibly busy here at Higgins Embroidery & Print that we simply haven't had the time to take many photos or videos of all the different items we have produced this month... but, a busy month is always a good problem to have.

Not only have we had business orders rolling in, including summer workwear branding (both embroidery & print), van magnetic signage, business banners and much more, but we have also made a start on children's school uniforms. We have been working alongside one of our biggest supporters, helping them meet the extremely high demand of getting local schools ready for the new academic year.

While we are dedicated to growing Higgins Embroidery & Print and continuing to welcome new customers and clients, we are also proud to support other local businesses whenever they need an extra helping hand. June Completed ✔️

It has not only been an extremely hot one for us, but an extremely busy one too.

We have successfully completed numerous embroidery and printed orders, not only for our loyal returning customers, but we have also been privileged to welcome many new customers and clients. These have included another local football club, a hunting association, and a motocross enthusiast, all of whom continue to support our new family-run business as we grow from strength to strength.

We have also had another month of exciting opportunities to work on various new products and projects, including local shop window displays, branded socks, ties, and sportswear. We have thoroughly enjoyed being challenged with these new ideas - check out our reel to see what we've been up to! 🤩

But the most exciting part of the month has to be that we've once again added new equipment to our collection... our new embroidery cap gauge and frame! 👏 This has arrived just in time to prepare for our upcoming cap orders and the busy summer ahead. Keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming posts, where we'll be showing our cap frame in action and sharing the finished orders we produce. 👀✨ Exciting!

We made it! 🥵🌞

After an extremely hot week in the workshop and office, with temperatures reaching as high as 35°C, we pushed through to successfully complete all of our scheduled orders... phew! 😅 We're definitely looking forward to a cooler week ahead!

Despite the heat, we produced a variety of embroidered and printed items, but one project we'd really like to share with you is our first complete shop front display project – and we're pleased to say it was a huge success! 🎉

As requested, we designed, produced and installed an Evri sign to the top left of the shop front, along with three framed poster displays across the front of the shop, showcasing a selection of products and services available inside.

All four displays turned out perfectly, and we're delighted to have another happy client on board. 😊

..and what a month it has been!

After finishing April as our busiest month so far, the momentum continued into May, which became so busy with orders that it was our first month of working weekend overtime to ensure our clients received their completed orders within the scheduled time frame.

We always strive for a quick turnaround without compromising the quality of our services, and we are proud to say that it was yet another month of happy clients and customers.

This month, we also invested in a new piece of equipment: the Melco Pro Fast Clamp, which ultimately opens up a wider range of products that we are now able to embroider onto, including shoes, socks, bags, rucksacks, shirts, lanyards, dog collars and leads, and belts. The possibilities are now almost endless with the Melco Pro Fast Clamp, and we are extremely excited to continue sampling and producing new items.

🎉 EXCITING NEWS! 🎉

Higgins Embroidery & Print Ltd has received a new piece of equipment this week, which ultimately opens up a wider range of products that we are now able to embroider onto.

The Melco Pro Fast Clamp is an adaptation for our embroidery machines which enables us to embroider not only traditional garments such as hoodies, polos, joggers, and jackets, but also a variety of items that are typically difficult to use with the standard hooping method, such as shoes, socks, bags, rucksacks, shirts, lanyards, dog collars & leads, and belts... there are now almost no limits with the Melco Pro Fast Clamp.

To say we were excited to receive our new piece of equipment this week would be an understatement. After experimenting with several samples first, we were then able to successfully complete two orders using our new clamp.

Our first order involved branding some grip socks for one of our lovely returning customers and her fitness business/clients. We also welcomed a new client for our second order — our very first local dance school — where we were able to not only brand but also personalise their dance bags & trolley bags. …what started as a quiet-ish beginning to the month, probably due to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, actually ended up being our busiest month so far.

We completed a variety of orders this month, from our traditional workwear/uniforms to experimenting with a few different items too, such as personalised birthday gifts (towels and oodies), as well as salon necessities including tunics, towels, and coasters.

So, it has most definitely been an exciting and busy month for Higgins Embroidery & Print Ltd, and with what’s already in the pipeline for May, it’s looking like it’s going to be just as busy!

We would like to thank all of our loyal repeat clients, as well as our new and one-off customers, for their continued support and orders, which help our business grow stronger month by month – thank you!

We have been privileged to work with a new client this week, providing her local business with a few essentials that perfectly complement her salon’s style and colours.

Firstly, we begin with the obvious… Uniform.
Our client currently wears tunics in the salon, which we have branded with the business logo using our DTF Print Service. The colours of the garment, and branding of the logo match perfectly… what a great first necessity for a salon-based business. Are you in need of, or interested in, tunic uniforms? Where are these months going… March has flown by, but it has been another successful month for us here at Higgins Embroidery & Print Ltd.

Very similar to February…

We have been fortunate enough to continue welcoming new clients on board, who have provided our business with not only exciting new work and opportunities, but the utmost support too — something we are so very grateful for. So, thank you so much to our wonderful clients, both new and old.

Talking of exciting new work and opportunities, we have had the honour this month of providing our first girls’ football team with some football touring hoodies, with their training kit also in the pipeline coming soon 👀 We have also been using our skills on new products for our fitness coaches/instructors this month — personalised/branded drinks bottles & sweat-towels! These have been such a success that they have now gained huge interest from many other clients, which we are extremely excited about… April is looking like it’s going to be another busy month 😊👏

And finally (as promised), at the end of the month, after several weeks of tweaking and sampling, we were able to show you our new piece of equipment in action, as well as complete just a few start-up orders — all of which have been gratefully received.
Now, with confidence in what our new printer allows us to provide, our aim over the next couple of months is to promote our printing services and spread the word further,
