Our intention for our newest project was to design a standalone piece of art that would command attention within the reception area of a corporate building or hotel.

The concept of The Face was to create an illuminated sculpture that would appear both intriguing and changeable.

To achieve this effect, colour rotation was key, leading to the inclusion of fully embedded colour-changing LEDs within intricately shaped layered acrylic.

The Face is an unusual and interesting piece due to its shifting mood and striking appearance. By using colour and mirrors to maximum effect it has the capacity to 'come alive', captivating onlookers.

Here at Lucence, we work closely with architectural designers on large scale projects such as office renovations and shopping centre re-fits.

For this project we collaborated to create illuminated restroom signage that is unambiguous, clearly visible to the user and suited to a contemporary office or retail environment.

For maximum effect, we made the logos double sided and streamlined using translucent acrylic with fully embedded LEDs.

Here at Lucence we work closely with interior designers to manufacture creative lighting solutions to fit certain brands.

In the case of our new project, the Lucence Curve, each component was carefully considered to reflect the ethos and spirit of the client- an international workspace specialist.

And although the materials used presented new technical challenges for the Lucence team, the end result is one of striking simplicity. This piece works extremely well to create focus as a standalone piece of art, while simultaneously serving its purpose as a lift lobby floor number.

The global lighting provider, Lightworks, collaborated with us to achieve superior technical signage for a London Showroom.

Lightworks requested replacement outer signage for its prestigious London showroom. Lucence was asked to create a DALI compatible 4000k sign, to fully project the quality of the Lightworks brand.

Pre-programming was also necessary to enable maximum brightness during daylight hours contrasted with muted luminosity over night, to comply with environmental regulations.

This project was particularly challenging but following an extensive survey and technical plannin, the Lucence team completed the complex installation in just one day!

Our Lucence team has created a brand of infinity mirror that is able to project much further than other, similar products available on the market today.

The Sky's The Limit - This simple yet effective mirror was a commission by global workspace specialists WeWork to feature within a shared office area. The inspirational quote, arresting colour and unfussy lettering were designed to create a focal point amongst the otherwise minimal decor.
