This is something that has come up a few times in conversations recently. I’ve noticed people are adding extra steps to their “to do” list which ultimately is over complicating things and delaying them making progress.

It’s these kind of conversations I love having (& have been told I’m good at) - cutting through some of the faff and simplifying actually what’s needs to be done. There will always be more you can do or a different way to do something but I prefer finding the straightforward way and getting it done.

It may be a little bit messy but the likelihood is no one else will notice and you’ll keep tweaking & evolving anyway.

So maybe a bit of a silly idea but I thought let’s give it a go!

A “Dear Deidre” for small biz … send me your questions, challenges, problems and I’ll post them on my feed with my feedback, ideas & advice and open to others to share their comments.

A way to get a second opinion from me (& the rest of my audience) on anything that’s spinning round in your mind.

Since recording the video I realised I could very easily do an anonymous way of you submitting these with a google form! So there’s a link for that in my bio…
