When our Managing Director was part of a networking group, the question that always came up was, βππ©π° πΈπ°πΆππ₯ π£π¦ πΊπ°πΆπ³ πͺπ₯π¦π’π π³π¦π§π¦π³π³π’π?β
Her answer was simple β π»πΆπ°π² π½π²πΌπ½πΉπ². π
That belief still guides how we do business today, and last Thursday was a lovely reminder of why it matters. At an event, our Managing Director asked one of our valued clients if she could purchase a signed copy of his book to offer as a prize. He kindly agreed, and it was chosen as the top prize.
The winner, Louise, was absolutely thrilled, and a thank-you video was sent to the client. In return, he surprised everyone with a video message from the TalkTVUK studio, sharing some truly kind words about her and our team.
Moments like these remind us just how lucky we are to work with such genuine, supportive clients. At the heart of everything we do is a simple truth β business is always better when itβs built on relationships with nice people. β¨
