We had a fantastic live session today, working together in our Peer Strategy Session.

We have officially changed our page name from SheRoars Marketing to SheRoars In Business.

For nearly two years, we’ve been working closely with women founders, listening to exactly what you need to build momentum. So, we redesigned everything. We wanted to build a practical ecosystem that supports the women we love working with, delivers real business impact, and remains genuinely accessible.

Year 1: 80-85% survive.

The scaling ceiling is just as rigid: women-led employer SMEs sit at just 14%. Men remain five times more likely to scale past a £1 million turnover.

Black & Women of Colour: Fastest-growing startup demographic, yet receive under 0.02% of venture capital, pinning them into under-capitalized sole trader roles.
