We have been quiet on this page recently, but for a critical reason: we have been building.

The data is clear. Landmark studies like the Alison Rose Review and Mary Ann Sieghart’s The Authority Gap document the deep systemic and confidence barriers women face in traditional corporate environments. From hyper-rigid networking formats and the pressure of the 30-second elevator pitch, to the isolation of navigating tech and growth alone—the current business support landscape is failing female founders.

Compounding this, early-stage sole traders and start-up SMEs in their vital first 1 to 5 years often lack the capital to outsource to expensive agencies, leaving them vulnerable to high-cost corporate subscriptions that offer little return on investment.

To bridge this gap, SheRoars Marketing LTD is launching a dedicated, multi-layered ecosystem: SheRoars in Business (www.sheroarsinbusiness.com).

Built alongside real women navigating these exact challenges, the platform moves away from patriarchal business models to offer practical, un-gatekept utility:

Bite-Sized Learning & Tech Basics: On-demand training created by women, for women.

Resource Library: Downloadable, fully editable policy templates and contracts.

Peer Ecosystem: A private space for skill-swapping, expert panels, and hosting your own ticketed events.

Accessible Networking: Relaxed in-person events (like member-hosted pottery studio sessions) without the public speaking pressure.

Cooperative Business Directory: An external-facing directory backed by a collective marketing fund to drive traffic directly to your website.

Because this is a legitimate business training and development resource, the low-cost monthly membership is a fully tax-deductible business expense.

The Next Phase:
Today, our first cohort of Beta Testers is entering the platform. This group ranges from self-confessed technophobes to established training specialists. They are stress-testing the infrastructure in exchange for 18 months of free premium membership.

We have exactly 5 spaces remaining for beta testers in this initial phase. If you want to help shape a business community that rejects the corporate mold, visit www.sheroarsinbusiness.com or message us directly to secure a spot.

Your brand deserves to do more than just exist, let's make it Roar!

Digital is great, but there is something remarkably powerful about high-quality print you can actually hold. If you’re heading to a show or meeting a client, your physical marketing needs to work just as hard as you do.

We’ve recently been busy delivering these smart, professionally designed materials for a client.

We design everything from informative brochures to event branding that ensures your brand is visible, not a background character.

We even had our own SheRoars Marketing logo produced as a bold, hard-back sign for one of our offices.

It’s all about creating a cohesive, "joined-up" look that shows authority.

At SheRoars Marketing, we don’t just design things to look "nice." We build marketing roadmaps. We look at your entire business to ensure your print, digital, and development goals are actually talking to each other.

Whether we’re using our network of trusted local printers or your preferred team, we bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. We take care of everything from concept to product delivery.

Ready to give your business a brand refresh that actually gets results?

I have a question for all the amazing women running businesses in 2026.

Is that you?

No matter where you are on your journey, just starting out or running a successful and established business. Could I have 2 minutes of your attention?

When you were just starting out with your business, what help, training or support did you need or wish you had access to? And what was it that was a big help? What were your biggest hurdles? (Even just things that scared or intimidated you at first?)

Last question.

Wherever you are in your business journey now, what would you be interested in learning more about or could use support with in your business?

If you don't want answer this on social media feel free to DM or email us. If you know anyone this applies to, we'd love their opinions, so please share.

And if this isn't you, but would like to support women in business and see more women thriving in business, please give this a share...

Vicky had a fantastic evening tonight, at our first People Planet Pint event in Lincoln.

A really great networking event for business owners and professionals who take environmental responsibility, seriously. Fantastic, fun and layed back.

This will definitely be the first of many.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women building, leading, and redefining success on their own terms!

At SheRoars Marketing, championing women in business and leadership is the foundation of every decision we make. This year’s theme, Give To Gain, resonates deeply with us. It highlights that progress requires deliberate investment—in women’s safety, rights, and professional authority. When we invest in women, we recalibrate the economy for everyone.

This mission is personal for us. SheRoars is built on the strength of a creative and supportive partnership between our founders. By working together, Kirsty and I have seen firsthand how much more is possible when women align their skills and support one another’s growth without the burnout of traditional hustle culture. This partnership is the heartbeat of the ecosystem we are building.

For the past year, we have been working behind the scenes on a new, woman-led digital platform. This is a space for raw, honest networking and high-level skill acquisition, free from the noise and bias of mainstream platforms. It is about giving women the power to invest in their own training, education, leadership skills and long-term visibility.

To the women pushing boundaries: we see the work you are doing!

We believe we are objectively better when we build together. When we support each other.

Our new project is entering the beta testing phase with a select group of founders. If you want to hear more, support the mission, or join the waitlist for testing, please get in touch.

Its the last busy week for a few of us in our businesses, before the Christmas break and activity lull.

How is everyone managing?

Are you ready for your break or are you husting to get ahead or catch up before the penultimate of silly season concludes?

Or are you working through? 😅

We are having a last big push of work for our new business arm we are launching in the new year. We finish on Friday and we are both having a very well earned two weeks off over Christmas. 🥰

Accessible Image Description:
Rory the Tiger, the SheRoars Marketing logo, is featured wearing a Santa hat and a festive red and green striped scarf, set against a warm, sparkling, bokeh background. Glittering gold and silver confetti and snowflakes are falling. A golden Christmas bauble hangs to the right, illuminated by fairy lights. Text reads: "ROARING INTO CHRISTMAS! Wishing you a season of sparkle, strategy & success. From the team at SheRoars Marketing. Unleash your inner tiger this festive season!"

This week Vicky has created the Bardney Halloween Trail map, for her local community.

Vicky started the village map for the first year of COVID. It was listed with all the houses that had shielding children. They left our tribute bowls and the children out trick or treating, shared treats with the children who were sick or shielding.
It became a popular success and after COVID, she has continued it on. Particularly for the parents of Neurodivergent or disabled children, to plan their routes ahead of time.

Being involved in our community for both of us, is very important and is a key mission for SheRoars too!

So if you're local to the Bardney area, feel free to get involved.

🌟 Client Success Spotlight: No Reins CiC 🌟

We're proud to see the incredible progress our community sponsorship client, No reins , has achieved! This is what happens when passion meets strategic support!

Through our community program, SheRoars Marketing provides in-depth business development and strategic marketing support to local causes making a big impact.

We worked closely with the founder, Lucy, to:

Deep-dive into the business model and create a three-year business development plan.

Guide the organization through the transition to becoming a CiC (Community Interest Company) to achieve their personal goals to offer funded community support.

Develop a refreshed brand look and build their new website to showcase their services for one-on-one private clients, as well as their work with CAMHS and local authorities.

This level of dedicated, expert support—covering everything from marketing strategy to securing grant funding bids—is available to all our clients, including through our focused Laser Sessions. We empower ambitious founders to be brilliant at what they do, while we handle the strategy and marketing.

Ready to stop wondering and start roaring?

We cannot wait to hear from some fantastic founders, across all the sessions. As well as meeting lots of interesting fellow business founders in the UK.

Is anyone else attending?
