Matching supply and demand in a low-carbon energy system is the big remaining challenge of the transition to net zero. I firmly believe that large-scale, long-duration energy storage will enable renewables to power the grid, which is why I'm so passionate about the work I do for Storelectric.

1️⃣ One-page websites are a great way to get online when you're just starting up.

All the benefits of having an online presence (building some domain authority with Google while you're building your business up and having somewhere that your customers can check you out before working with you), without the cost of a full-spec website.

When you realise you accidentally fell off the Social Media wagon again 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm SO lucky that all of my work comes through referrals and word of mouth, but it's nice to share what I've been up to now and then I hope you'll agree!

The brief on this project was to convey Lightfoot's reputation as worldwide industry leaders with a slick and professional site built on WordPress.

Their technology saves tonnes of KGs of refrigerant chemicals from becoming waste by recycling it to near-pure standards. Clever bunch! ♻️

I designed this site a few months back and it's great to see how the directory has been put into action now. A real hub of information for visitors and locals to Jefferson, Iowa.

I particularly enjoyed creating the custom grid layout on the main pages. This was one of the client's principal wishes for the site but it isn't achievable with Squarespace standard templates, so I got to have a play with CSS grid layouts 🤓

Jefferson is jam-packed with family fun, outdoor adventures, tech-savvy and entrepreneurial opportunities, and more! Experience Jefferson today!

Months and months of work finally released into the wild!

This site was for a regular agency client of mine. Based in Iowa, they build brand strategies and social media campaigns for their clients. When those clients also need a website, that's when I step in!

This site for Sioux City Public Museum needed to demonstrate the vibrance, modernity and 'non-stuffy' atmosphere of the institution, but also streamline many of the outdated processes that were previously used for events, tickets, registrations, and memberships etc.

In the region of 75 pages, with e-commerce, ticketing, memberships, donations, volunteer and class registration, as well as an easy to manage events structure and custom-made 'Mega Menu' which I created after overhauling their original sitemap, this has kept me very busy this year!

The museum can now present its best self to the public, and the processes put in place via the site will help the day to day management of its events and memberships.
