What a night!
I had an amazing time hearing Kevin share stories about Bowie and Iggy, and hearing him play “Absolute Beginners” live was such a treat, he's one hell of a guitarist.

So pleased this day has finally arrived 🧡🎶

Back on Boxing Day 2020, I put the call out for a new band, a proper band. The kind of players who were serious about writing, recording, gigging and building something that might actually last.
Before long, Eloise, Dan and Joe answered the call.
Not long after that Ben stepped into the fold, Joe moved on, and the pieces started to fall into place.

Rehearsals turned into regular sessions. Sessions turned into gigs. Gigs turned into recording. And now, after five singles and a few miles on the road, we’ve finally arrived at this moment, our debut album 😯💿

Massive thanks to everyone who helped bring this record to life, but especially Andy, who engineered the album and co-produced it alongside Ben, helping shape the sound from the ground up.

Margo and The Fiddlers came in and fiddled about, while I chipped in with some backing vocals here and there… some of which I honestly can’t quite remember anymore 😅..
and of course, all the beautiful artwork was created by our brilliant Lizzie 🎨

It’s been a long road to get here, and it’s worth saying, everything you’ve heard so far, from the singles to this album, has been completely self-funded. Pure graft, belief, and a lot of late, cold, windy nights down by the river at 3rd Planet.
